Watford (and Datchworth Cluster), u14’s welcomed Bletchley, Olmert & Towcestrians (BOLTS Cluster), to our club last Sunday. The Bolts Cluster girls and coaches were a pleasure to play.

The BOLTS started off well testing Watford from the onset. It was a high scoring game. With BOLTS taking the lead in the first half with some great breakaway tries. Nevertheless, Watford kept their heads and went into the second half just ahead. Again, BOLTS came into the second half fired up and got 3 tries back-to-back.

Watford regrouped and changed their playing pattern to keep the ball and recycle quickly catching BOLTS off guard again and again. Watford narrowly got the victory in the dying minutes of the game.

All the Watford and Datchworth players gave it all and it was a great match. Phoebe got a well-deserved player of the match from the BOLTS team players for breaking the game line so many times.
