What an amazing day and even more amazing performance from the Watford U14’s cluster against Fullerians this Sunday. Finchley and Datchworth players join Watford in this local derby.

Watford’s team was put together 30 minutes before the start of the match and after a short warmup and running through some game play’s, hit the first quarter with force, dominating the possession and contact. Watford scored the first two tries in quick succession, by controlling the game, keeping possession, and going through phase after phase.

Fullerians bring on new legs and Watford’s tired legs showed in the second half. Nevertheless, with credit to Watford they kept in the game the whole time coming back to dominate the last quarter again scoring two more times.

Fullerians voted Phoebe play of the match and Watford’s coaches voted Izzie player of the match for her grit and determination.
