Watford u14’s welcomed Chinnor to our club last Sunday. The Chinnor girls and coaches were a pleasure to play. With a very open and good mannered game.

Watford started well with support from three Chinnor girls. Watford scored most of their tries in the first half. However, Chinnor did not give up and came back hard in the second half.

Watfords defence was the only thing that prevented Chinnor from winning the whole game. The final score was 32 to 25 to Watford.

All the Watford players gave it all and it was a great first match for Amelie. Poppy got a well deserved player of the match from Watford for her defensive work and Amelie got player of the match from Chinnor.
